Arrests and incidents for Oct. 1-6, according to Rockville City Police.

The following is compiled from crime summaries provided by the Rockville City Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

600 block of Hungerford Drive: A 30-year-old woman was arrested between 6 and 7 p.m. on Sept. 30 for possession of a controlled dangerous substance—Methylin, possession of a controlled dangerous substance—marijuana, two counts of possession of controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia and possession with intent to distribute.
1900 block of Veirs Mill Road: A 32-year-old woman and a 31-year-old man were arrested for theft between 6:15 and 6:30 p.m. on Oct. 2.

1200 block of West Montgomery Avenue: A 21-year-old woman was arrested for theft at 9:54 p.m. on Oct. 4.
Unit block of Mannakee Street: A 35-year-old man was arrested for leaving a child unattended between 5 and 5:17 p.m. on Oct. 5.
300 block of Rutgers Street: Two men, ages 19 and 21, were arrested for domestic assault between 3:30 and 4 p.m. on Oct. 6.
Incidents
200 block of Congressional Lane: An unknown subject gained access by unknown means into an apartment between noon on Aug. 18 and 8 p.m. on Oct. 3. Once inside, the unknown subject removed a passport, a green card and a social security card.
700 block of Crabb Avenue: The complainant reported that an unknown subject removed two handguns from her residence between 10:30 a.m. and 10 p.m. on Oct. 1.
300 block of Lithicum Street: The complainant reported that an unknown subject removed a purse containing U.S. currency and a driver’s license from an unlocked vehicle between 3 and 3:15 p.m. on Oct. 2.
1500 block of Rockville Pike: The complainant reported that an unknown subject entered the store, removed four packs of watercolor pencils from a shelf, placed them into a backpack and left without paying between 4:26 and 4:40 p.m. on Oct. 2. The subject was last seen getting into the below described vehicle.
Suspect description: A white female, mid-50s, 5 feet 2 inches, 190 pounds.
Suspect vehicle description: 2003 beige-colored Mazda.
7400 block of Westmore Road: The complainant reported that an unknown subject removed U.S. currency from a vehicle between 7 p.m. on Oct. 2 and 7 a.m. on Oct. 3.
600 block of Hungerford Drive: The complainant reported that an unknown subject removed her purse containing U.S. currency, a set of keys, a credit card and insurance/identification cards, which she had inadvertently left unattended in a restroom at a store between 2:15 and 2:30 p.m. on Oct. 3.
1100 block of Churchview Place: The complainant reported that an unknown subject removed a purse containing a wallet from an unlocked vehicle between 7 p.m. on Oct. 5 and 10 a.m. on Oct. 6.
1600 block of Rockville Pike: The complainant reported that an unknown subject removed several shipping pallets from the loading dock area of a business between 3 and 4 a.m. on Sept. 28.
