Aspen Hill: Victims Identified in Georgia Avenue Crash That Killed 3
Police: A child and 2 adults are dead after a crash in Aspen Hill Sunday night.

A 4-year-old was one of three Wheaton residents killed in a three-car crash Sunday night in Aspen Hill, Montgomery County police said.
Felipe Pineda, 50, of the 3700 block of Bel Pre Road in Wheaton and Elizabeth Lemus, 4, of the 12900 block of Crisfield Road in Wheaton, were pronounced dead on the scene, according to police.
The driver, Salvador Lemus Ramos, 39, who lives at the Crisfeld Road address, died at the hospital.

Police said the crash occurred just before 10 p.m.
A Nissan Sentra driven by Ramos was making a left turn from eastbound Kayson Street onto northbound Georgia Avenue when it was struck by a Volkswagon Passat and a Chevrolet Camaro traveling south on Georgia Avenue, police said.

Pineda, Lemus, Ramos and another occupant, Elba Pineda, 31, also of the Crisfield Road address, were ejected from the Nissan.
Police said Elba Pineda was taken to the hospital in serious condition.
Police identified the driver of the Volkswagon Passat as Shaka Wakefield, 25, of the 12700 block of Epping Terrace in Wheaton. The driver of the Chevrolet Camaro was Audias Sanchez, 35, of the 12500 block of Winexburg Manor Drive in Wheaton, police said. Both were taken to a local hospital.
Their conditions were not immediately available.
