Arrests and incidents for Aug. 14 to Sept. 9, according to Rockville City Police.

200 block of North Washington Street: A 33-year-old man was arrested for trespassing between 2:20 and 2:30 p.m. on Sept. 4.
200 block of North Washington Street: A 13-year-old boy was arrested for malicious destruction of property between 2:50 and 3:02 p.m. on Sept. 5.

Unit block of Mannakee Street: A 38-year-old man was arrested for trespassing and unlawfully consuming alcohol on public property at 8:15 a.m. on Sept. 6.
Unit block of Monroe Place: A 17-year-old boy was arrested for second-degree assault, disorderly conduct and obstructing and hindering a police investigation between 3:13 and 3:50 p.m. on Sept. 7.
100 block of Gibbs Street: A 27-year-old man and a 23-year-old woman were arrested for theft between 10 and 10:30 p.m. on Sept. 7.
600 block of Blandford Street: A 34-year-old woman was arrested for child neglect at 3:40 p.m. on Sept. 7.
200 block of Redland Boulevard: A 39-year-old man was arrested for first- and second-degree assault and reckless endangerment at 6:25 p.m. on Sept. 9.
Incidents
300 block of Cedar Lane: An unknown subject gained access into a residence by unknown means between 8 a.m. on Aug. 14 and 4 p.m. on Sept. 6. Once inside, the unknown subject removed several financial documents and four pieces of jewelry.
700 block of Monroe Street: The complainant reported that an unknown subject had removed several pieces of jewelry from her apartment between 12:01 a.m. on Jan. 1 and 6 p.m. on Sept. 2.
1200 block of First Street: An unknown subject gained access, possibly through an unlocked front door of a residence, at 4 p.m. on Sept. 4. Once inside, the unknown subject removed a video game console and six video games.
1500 block of E. Gude Drive: The complainant reported that two unknown subjects removed 30 pallets that had been stored outside behind a business between 5:18 and 5:28 a.m. on Sept. 6.
5900 block of Ridgway Avenue: The complainant reported that while she was walking at 9:45 p.m. on Sept. 5, an unknown subject approached from behind and demanded her cell phone. The complainant refused and was assaulted. The complainant fought back and said she was going to call the police. The subject fled, threatening the complainant as she left.
Suspect description: A black female, 18 to 20 years old, 5 feet 4 inches to 5 feet 5 inches, 150 to 160 pounds, with black hair in a ponytail.
700 block of Twinbrook Parkway: The complainant reported that an unknown subject removed a cell phone that had been left unattended on a desk between 9:20 and 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 8.
300 block of Martins Lane: The complainant reported that an unknown subject removed a wallet containing U.S. currency from an unattended back at a recreational facility between 12:45 and 3:15 p.m. on Sept. 8.
