Crime Summary: Strong-Arm Robbery, Burglary Reported

A strong-arm robbery was reported in the unit block of Great Pines Court, Rockville on Thursday, May 9 at 8:10 p.m.  The suspects assaulted the victim and obtained property.

A residential burglary was reported in the 5500 block of Alderbrook Court, Rockville on Friday, May 10, between 10 a.m. and noon. Forced entry; property taken.

A snatch and grab was reported in the 11300 block of Rockville Pike, North Bethesda on Friday, May 10 at 10 p.m.

Police said two males robbed a person a bus stop in Aspen Hill at around 11 p.m. Tuesday, May 7. A detailed description of the males was unavailable.

Graffiti was found at Herbert Hoover Middle School, 8810 Postoak Road, North Bethesda on Saturday, May 11. 

A residential burglary was reported in the 12900 block of Brushwood Terrace, North Potomac on Saturday, May 11 at 5:30 p.m.  Forced entry; unknown if anything was taken.

Two teen boys from North Potomac were arrested in connection with a residential burglary reported in the 11300 block of Amberlea Farm Drive, North Potomac on Thursday, May 9 at 4:57 p.m. No forced entry; nothing taken. A 12-year-old and a 13-year-old were apprehended.

A 49-year-old man from Poolesville was arrested following reports of an aggravated assault in the 18700 block of Jerusalem Church Road, Poolesville, at around 5 p.m. Thursday, May 9. Police said the suspect knew the alleged victim.  

A residential burglary was reported in the 19500 block of Wootton Avenue, Poolesville between Monday, May 6 and Sunday, May 12.  No forced entry; property taken.
