Finmarc Buys Former Smith Litho Building for $5.9 Million

Gude Drive site has been vacant since 2010

Finmarc Management Inc. purchased the vacant Smith Litho building on Gude Drive for $5.9 million,  the company announced in a news release Monday.

The 80,00-square-foot site at 1011 E. Gude Drive used to be the headquarters for the full-service printing and mail company. The site has been vacant since the Smith Litho closed in 2010.

Finmarc Management plans to invest more than $2 million in capital improvements, which include installing a new roof, renovating the exterior, and replacing and upgrading lighting inside and outside of the building.
