Libraries Host Voter Registration

Maryland's primary elections are less than two months away. If you have yet to register to vote, now is the time.

Voter registration drives will be held at public libraries around the county over the next three weekends as follows:

• Saturday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at:
  • Chevy Chase Library, 8005 Connecticut Ave. 
  • Long Branch Library, 8800 Garland Ave.
  • Twinbrook Library, 202 Meadow Hall Drive
• Sunday from 1-3 p.m. at:
  • Rockville Memorial Library, 21 Maryland Ave.
  • Wheaton Regional Library, 11701 Georgia Ave.
  • Germantown Library, 19840 Century Blvd.
• Feb. 11, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at:
  • Damascus Library, 9701 Main St.
  • White Oak Library, 11701 New Hampshire Ave.
  • Potomac Library, 10101 Glenolden Drive
• Feb. 18, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at:
  • Davis Library, 6400 Democracy Blvd.
  • Poolesville Library, 19633 Fisher Ave.
  • Kensington Park Library, 4201 Knowles Ave.

The registration deadline for the April 3 primary election is March 13. The deadline for the Nov. 6 general election is Oct. 16.
