Man Accused Of Exposing Himself In Parking Lots Across County
Police have arrested a man accused of exposing himself repeatedly to people in shopping center parking lots across Montgomery County.

ROCKVILLE, MD — Authorities have arrested a man accused of exposing himself repeatedly to people in shopping center parking lots across Montgomery County.
Tengizi Koshkadze, 34, of Columbia, was arrested on Wednesday and charged with indecent exposure, according to Montgomery County police.
In a press statement, police said they believe Koshkadze was behind at least eight incidents.

Authorities said they received reports about the following:
- Three separate incidents occurred in the parking lot of 17651 Redland Rd. in Derwood
- Parking lot of 3490 Olney Laytonsville Rd. in Olney
- Parking lot of 7200 Muncaster Mill Rd. in Derwood
- Parking lot of 3126 Olney Sandy Spring Rd. in Olney
- Parking lot located at Gaither Road and Shady Grove Road in Gaithersburg
On March 30, detectives obtained an arrest warrant for Koshkadze, charging him with one count of indecent exposure. Authorities say they are still investigating the seven other incidents.

"Detectives believe that there may be additional victims of indecent exposure by Koshkadze that have not contacted police," police said in a statement. "Detectives are urging anyone who believes that they have been a victim to contact the 6th District Investigative Section at 240-773-5770."
