Man Charged With Murder In 2 Rockville Shootings
Police have charged a man with murder in the shooting deaths of a man and a woman in Rockville; the bodies were found at separate sites.
ROCKVILLE, MD — Authorities have identified two Rockville residents found dead early Friday from gunshot wounds, and have charged a man with first-degree murder.
Kaloyan Dimov Stoev, 25, of an unknown address, was charged in the double homicide, according to Montgomery County police.
About 3:16 a.m., a police officer on patrol saw a white BMW stopped at the intersection of Shady Grove Road and Research Boulevard. The officer found a dead man inside the BMW and bullet holes in the exterior of the vehicle, a police news release said.

The victim was identified as Marcell Jordan Hebron, 26, of Rockville.
About 7:40 a.m., officers from the Rockville City Police Department found a dead woman in the parking lot of 2 Research Court. The victim was identified as Leilani Marroquin, 27, of Rockville.

Both bodies were taken to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Baltimore, where autopsies will be done to officially determine the cause and manner of death.
Detectives arrested Stoev about noon Friday and found two firearms in his possession.
Stoev was taken to the Montgomery County Central Processing Unit, where he was charged with two counts of first-degree murder and handgun-related charges. He is being held without bond, police said.
