Man Found Dead Of Gunshot Wound In Rockville Apartment: Police
A man with an apparent gunshot wound was found dead at an apartment building in Rockville, Montgomery County police said.
ROCKVILLE, MD — A man was found dead of an apparent gunshot wound in Rockville Saturday morning, police said.
According to the Montgomery County Department of Police, the homicide took place in the 600 block of Blandford Street. At about 7:51 a.m., officers from Rockville City Police and Montgomery County Police responded to an apartment building for a welfare check call, police said.
Upon arrival, officers entered an apartment and located the adult male with the gunshot wound; he was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.

He will be taken to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Baltimore, where an autopsy will be conducted to determine the official cause and manner of death, police said.
The investigation remains active and ongoing investigation; no suspect information is available at this time, police said.
