Missing Rockville Man Last Seen In Gaithersburg: Police
David Emanuel Baily, 29, was last seen at a bus stop in Gaithersburg Monday evening, police said.

ROCKVILLE, MD — Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing Rockville man.
David Emanuel Baily, 29, was last known to reside at an address on Falls Grove Drive, police said. He was last seen at about 6:30 p.m. Monday, when a family member drove him to a bus stop at Shady Grove Road and Frederick Road (Route 355) in Gaithersburg.
Family members have been unable to contact him since that time, police said. Police and family are concerned for Baily’s physical and emotional welfare.

Baily is described as a black male, 5’ 10” and weighs 180 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes, and tattoos on his neck, left tricep, and forearm. He was last seen wearing a tan hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and brown and green tennis shoes.
