UPDATE: Missing Rockville Woman Found Dead, Police Say

Nyanko Udo, 45, was found dead three days after she went missing. Police say she had been known to hide from caretakers in the past.

ROCKVILLE, MD —Nyanko Udo, a 45-year-old woman reported missing in Rockville, has been found dead.

Montgomery County Police say they received a call that Udo had last been seen sometime between 12:40 and 1:15 p.m. on the 4000 block of Brad Courton Jan. 6. She had been reported missing before, and police say she had been known to hide from caretakers and people looking for her.

The night after Udo went missing, temperatures dropped and the area got several inches of snow, police said. When she was last seen, Udo was not wearing shoes and had only a t-shirt and pajama pants on.
