Pedestrian Struck And Killed On Rockville Pike
A pedestrian was fatally struck by an SUV along Rockville Pike Wednesday night, police said.
ROCKVILLE, MD — A pedestrian was fatally struck on Rockville Pike Wednesday night, police said.
Police were called to Rockville Pike and Church Street for the report of a crash at about 11:22 p.m.
Officers discovered a 2017 Nissan Armada was traveling northbound on Rockville Pike when it struck an adult male pedestrian who was crossing westbound Rockville Pike at Church Street, police said.

The pedestrian was transported to Suburban Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased. His identity will be released once family has been notified.
The driver of the Nissan was not injured, police said.
