Police Seek Missing Rockville Man
Nekkhakhi Tahuti Rayford, 24, was last seen by family members at about 10:30 p.m. Monday when he left his Rockville home on foot.

ROCKVILLE, MD — Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing Rockville man.
Nekkhakhi Tahuti Rayford, 24, was last seen by family members at about 10:30 p.m. Monday when he left his Village Square Terrace home on foot. Family members have been unable to contact him since that time, police said.
Police and family are concerned for Rayford’s physical and emotional welfare.

Rayford is described by police as a black male, 6’ 1” and weighs 170 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
