What's a fact about your business that most customers probably don't know?
We are now one of the food operators at Pike Kitchen (https://www.pikekitchen.com/), now an international food hall (formerly only Asian food)! We offer Canadian comfort food. Our traditional poutine is both vegetarian and gluten-free. The authentic Montréal poutine is made with our house curds (fromage en grains); not available in the U.S. Also not available in the U.S. is Montréal smoked meat, which we import from Canada to make smoked meat sandwiches and as a poutine topping. Our sister company (Pop-up Patisserie) makes Montréal style bagels (very similar to the famous Fairmont and St. Viateur bagels in Montréal) and yummy desserts, including Canadian Nanaimo cups and butter tarts!
