Restaurants Open For Thanksgiving 2021 Takeout In Rockville

ROCKVILLE, MD — If you’re opting to forego the traditional Thanksgiving feast at home this year or simply want to skip the mountains of dishes, several restaurants in Rockville will be open to cook for and serve you.

Patch compiled a roundup of local restaurants slated to be open on Nov. 25. In case you need a recommendation, there are plenty of options from which to choose.

In some cases, reservations may be required, so make sure to plan ahead as much as possible.

As always, Patch encourages you to call any restaurant on this list in advance to double-check hours on Thanksgiving Day, as many vary by location. COVID-19 restrictions may also affect operating hours.

Here are the local restaurants planning to be open and serving Thanksgiving meals:

• Cooper's Hawk Winery and Restaurant: Make a reservation to dine at the restaurant or order a "heat and serve" Thanksgiving package to eat at home.
• Founding Farmers (Potomac): Order by Nov. 19 at noon for a Thanksgiving at home. Pickup will be on Nov. 24, and the restaurant said to order early to get the pick-up time and location you want.
• Matchbox: Pick a package and order by Nov. 21 in order to pick up the day before Thanksgiving, reheat, and eat on Thanksgiving. Each package includes a protein, two sides, and a gravy.
• Clyde's at Tower Oaks Lodge: Order carryout for pickup on Wednesday, Nov. 24 or on Thanksgiving. Alternatively, make a reservation to dine in on Thanksgiving Day.
• The Stanford Grill: Order from the holiday menu by Nov. 19 at 5 p.m. and reheat and serve your meal at home.
