Rockville Hosts Post-Thanksgiving Fitness Sessions
Post-Thanksgiving mini-fitness sessions will be offered through several Rockville facilities.

From the City of Rockville: You know how it goes at Thanksgiving. Stuffed to the gills and guiltily wondering what happened to all those exercise goals you made back in January. Don't fret. It's never too early to make New Year resolutions to shed a few pounds and get healthy, and Rockville has the perfect way get started -- post-Thanksgiving mini-fitness sessions, offered by several Rockville facilities.

Swim and Fitness Center
