Rockville's Ally Services Acquires 2 MD HVAC Contractors: Report
Watchtower Capital Partners purchased the two Maryland contractors to expand its reach into the greater Baltimore area, report says.
ROCKVILLE, MD — Ally Services, a newly formed homes services company based in Rockville, recently acquired Honest Abe Home Services of Owings Mills and East Coast Plumbing, Heating & Air of Salisbury, according to the Washington Business Journal.
Ally Services was formed earlier this year when Denver-based Watchtower Capital Partners purchased JF Plumbing & Heating, merging it with two home service contractors that Watchtower had also purchased in New Jersey, according to WBJ's reporting.
The acquisition of the two Maryland companies is seen as an effort by Watchtower to expand its reach into the greater Baltimore and Mid-Atlantic region, including the Eastern Shore and Delaware.
