Winter Storm: Hour-By-Hour Forecast For Montgomery County
The first day of spring isn't so spring-like as a snow storm moves in. Here's an hourly look at when it will start snowing in Montgomery Co.

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, MD — It's the first day of spring, but you wouldn't know that from the forecast alone. Forecasters are calling for snow Tuesday and Wednesday.
While much of the winter has been a bust for the DC region, the latest forecast from the Capital Weather Gang indicates that Montgomery County could get 1 to 3 inches, with the possibility of 3 to 6 inches in a "boom" (25 percent chance) scenario. There's also the bust scenario of less than 1 inch.
Tuesday began with rain in the early morning with a wintry mix possible in the afternoon. That rain could turn into snow as soon as the late afternoon and again in the early morning hours Wednesday. Once the snow starts Wednesday, it could stick around most of the day.
