Good morning, Silver Spring! Here are five things to know this Wednesday, to help you keep up-to-date about what’s going on in the community:
1. Bring out your light sweaters! Today is expected to be Sunny and slightly windy, with a high near 62 degrees, according to the National Weather Service. Into the evening, the temperature may drop to the low 40s.
2. If you missed it, Montgomery County property taxes may be increased due to the bus transit project.

3. Get a taste of fall during the Whole Foods tasting in Silver Spring as they display various cheeses, fresh seafood and salad from the deli. The free tasting will be held in the store starting at noon.
4. Relax and join in the Game Night at at 7 p.m. Every Wednesday evening the pub hosts games such as shuffleboard, cornhole and darts.
