On the Road
As of 7:14 a.m., a crash on southbound Baltimore-Washington Parkway after MD-450 is blocking all lanes, according to WTOP. [East Riverdale, MD]

As of 7:14 a.m., WTOP is reporting that drivers may encounter delays on the Outer Loop of the Capital Beltway./I-495 near Old Georgetown Road. An earlier crash has been cleared. [Washington, DC]
As of 7:14 a.m., all lanes of westbound Constitution Avenue, Northwest between 20th Street, Northwest and 22nd Street, Northwest due to a downed tree. [Washington, DC]

On Metro
As of 7:31 a.m., normal service has returned on the Blue Line traveling toward Largo Town Center, following an earlier incident in which a train struck a deer outside Franconia-Springfield, according to Metro. [Largo, MD]
MARC
As of 7:23 a.m., MARC Penn Line Trains 413, is experiencing a 15-20 minute delay due to an earlier communication issue. [Washington, DC]
As of 7:23 a.m., MARC Penn Line Trains 4o4, is operating with a 15-20 minute delay due to a Computer Aided Dispatching issue. Amtrak is working to correct. [Washington, DC]
DC Weather
Thursday will be Sunday sunny, with a high of 89 degrees and a low of 69, according to the National Weather Service. [WASHINGTON, DC].
Residents in suburban Maryland can expect partly sunny weather Thursday, with a high of 87 and a low of 66, according to the AccuWeather forecast. The temperature as of 7:43 a.m. was 67. [ROCKVILLE, MD]
