On the Road

As of 7:28 a.m., police activity reported near the intersection of Rouse Parkway and I-97 South near Elkridge. [Elkridge MD]

As of 7:25 a.m., traffic accident reported on the Inner Loop/I-95 South, causing delays in both directions. [Lanham, MD]

As of 7:21 a.m., expect delays on I-695 West near the 3rd Street tunnel due to a crash, according to WTOP. [Washington, DC]

As of 7:20 a.m., expect delays on North Uhle Street and Water Street, Southwest due to Wharf Phase II construction. [Washington, DC]

As of 7:18 a.m., police activity reported on Greenbelt Road in Beltsville before it crosses I-95. [Beltsville, MD]

As off 6:59 a.m., look out for crash on southbound DC-295 near Burroughs Avenue, according to WTOP. [Washington, DC]

As of 6:57 a.m., road hazard reported on northbound MD-4 near Southern Maryland Boulevard. [Queensland, MD]

As of 6:50 a.m., right side of the Inner Loop/I-495 is blocked due to a crash just passed the Connecticut Avenue interchange, according to WTOP.

On Metro

As of 7:40, the 5A bus in Virginia is experiencing delays in both directions due to an accident at the Rosslyn Station, according to Metro. [Rosslyn, VA]

Local and Express shuttle bus service available at Stadium-Armory due to the summer platform improvement project, according to Metro. Several stations in Maryland on the Orange Line are closed due to the project: Minnesota Avenue, Deanwood, Cheverly, Landover, and New Carrollton. [Washington, DC]

MARC

As of 7:01 a.m., MARC Camden Line Train 849, with a scheduled 7:10 a.m. departure, was cancelled due to lack of equipment resulting from prior day equipment issues. Passengers will be accommodated by MARC 851, according to MTA Maryland. [Washington, DC]

DC Weather

As of 7:42 a.m., AccuWeather reported mostly cloudy skies with a temperature of 73 degrees. The high on Tuesday will be 88 and the low 69. There is a 15 percent chance of precipitation on Tuesday. [Rockville, MD]
