POLICE UPDATE: Missing Silver Spring Man With Dementia Found Safe
Montgomery County police say Armando Perez, 71, has been found safe and unharmed.

SILVER SPRING, MD — Montgomery County officials say Armando Perez has been located and is safe.
(Original post) SILVER SPRING, MD — The Montgomery County Police Department is asking for the public's help in finding a missing Silver Spring man with dementia.
Armando Perez, 71, was last seen leaving his University Boulevard East home around 7 p.m. Sunday.

Investigators describe Perez as a 5-foot-10, 160-pound male with brown eyes and black hair. Police say he was last seen wearing a white shirt, gray shorts, and a gray baseball cap.
