Mom Charged With Murder Of 15-Month-Old Daughter: Police
Kiearra Tolson, 23, is accused of starving her 15-month-old daughter to death and placing her body in a dumpster, police said.

SILVER SPRING, MD — A Silver Spring woman accused of starving her 15-month-old daughter to death faces a first-degree murder charge.
An investigation was launched on Wednesday when a woman told 9-1-1 that her acquaintance — 23-year-old Kiearra Tolson — admitted to the murder, Montgomery County police said.
During a police interview, Tolson told investigators that she had starved her daughter, Blair Niles, in her apartment for about three-and-a-half weeks. After the child died, Tolson put her body in a pillowcase and trash bags, and placed her in a nearby dumpster on June 17, officials said.
