On the Road
As of 7:20 a.m., the Maryland Transportation Authority reported no incidents or events on major highways in Montgomery, Prince George's, Anne Arundel, and Howard counties.
As of 6:59 a.m., only one lane of southbound MD-3 after I-97 in Gambrill is getting by due to a downed tree.

On the Metro
As of 5:46 a.m., riders on the Green/Yellow lines may encounter residual delays in both directions due to an earlier signal problem outside College Park.
On MARC
As of 6:30 a.m., riders on the MARC Camden Line Train can expect a 15-25 minute delay during the morning commute due to CSX freight train interference.
DC Weather
Heavy showers are likely on Wednesday across the D.C. metro region, with patchy fog in some areas and a chance of thunderstorms, according to the National Weather Service.
In Rockville, the temperature was 71 degrees as of 7:28 a.m., according to the AccuWeather forecast. Thursday's high is expected to be 81 degrees, with a low temperature of 69 degrees. There is an 80 percent chance of precipitation, with a heavy thunderstorm expected later in the day.
