Police Seek Public's Help Locating Attempted Murder Suspect
The 33-year-old man is wanted in connection with an attempted first-degree murder in Silver Spring, police said.

SILVER SPRING, MD — Montgomery County police are asking for the public's help locating a man accused of an attempted murder in Silver Spring.
Deondray Darnell Osborne, 33, is wanted in connection with an attempted first-degree murder that occurred in July in the 8000 block of 16th Street in Silver Spring, police said in a news release.
Officers responded to that location around 4:30 p.m. on July 20 after receiving a call about a domestic violence dispute.

According to police, Osborne arrived in the parking lot and exited a silver Chrysler Pacifica with Maryland license plate 4FC4143. Police said Osborne fired multiple shots at a victim seated in a parked car and left the scene.
The victim was not shot, but his vehicle was struck several times, police said.

Detectives later obtained an arrest warrant for Osborne, charging him with attempted first-degree murder and related charges.
Osborne is considered armed and dangerous, police said. If you see him, do not approach him and call 911 immediately.
