This year's routes have been modified from previous years, so parents are encouraged to make a list and check it twice before heading out to catch up with the jolly man in red. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Santa will remain in the truck at all times and will not hand out candy canes.

"We encourage you to wave to Santa from your front yard as he drives by," fire officials said in a statement. "If your home isn't on one of Santa's routes, please find a safe space along one of his routes and maintain social distancing."
