Silver Spring Man Accused Of Stealing Election Signs In Kemp Mill
A Silver Spring man is accused of stealing people's election signs and slapping stickers on their vehicles.

SILVER SPRING, MD — A Silver Spring man has been arrested on charges of theft and vandalism after police say he stole people's election signs and put stickers on their vehicles.
Isaac Levy, 35, was arrested Thursday following a nearly three-month-long investigation by the Montgomery County Police Department.
Authorities said an investigation determined that Levy stole election and yard signs from 22 victims in Kemp Mill, and then slapped stickers on their cars. The thefts reportedly started around Aug. 8 and ended on or about Sept. 15.

Levy was later identified as the suspect and a warrant was issued for his arrest. He turned himself into detectives on Thursday, police said.
