Silver Spring Man Charged With Indecent Exposure
Police said Steven Jarezz Adams, 28, of Silver Spring exposed himself to a woman inside a laundry room of a Gaithersburg apartment building.

SILVER SPRING, MD — Detectives with the Montgomery County Police Department announced Friday that they have arrested and charged 28-year-old Steven Jarezz Adams of Silver Spring with indecent exposure.
Detectives have released a photo of Adams and encourage anyone who may be a victim of indecent exposure by Adams to come forward.
Since Nov. 2021, detectives said they have been investigating a series of complaints regarding a person looking into ground-floor apartment windows and sliding glass doors in the Washington Square neighborhood in Gaithersburg.

During an incident in November 2021, police said Adams exposed himself to a woman inside a laundry room of an apartment building in Gaithersburg.
Throughout the course of the investigation, police said Adams was identified as a suspect who possibly committed these crimes at several locations in Gaithersburg.

According to detectives, They developed enough evidence to charge Adams with indecent exposure via an arrest warrant. Detectives also said they determined that there was an active arrest warrant against Adams for failure to appear in court for a first-degree burglary offense.
On March 16, 2022, police said Adams was arrested in the area of Washington Grove Lane and Morning View Drive in Gaithersburg. Adams was transported to the Central Processing Unit, where he is being held without bond.
Based on the above incidents, detectives said they believe that there may be additional victims of indecent exposure by Steven Jarezz Adams that have not contacted police.
