Montgomery County Public School officials are encouraging area students to apply for the <a href="http://www.montgomeryschoolsmd.org/departments/superintendent/leadership/about.aspx" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Superintendent's Leadership Program</a>. To apply, you must be a senior by July 1, have a minimum 3.2 GPA and have demonstrated leadership ability in school and the community. <ul> </ul> Students will earn two honors credits per semester by participating in a 15 hour per week internship and community service project. <a href="http://www.montgomeryschoolsmd.org/departments/superintendent/leadership/apply.aspx" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">The deadline to apply is March 15</a>.
