Video Of Silver Spring Shooting Suspects Released By Police
Surveillance video released Wednesday shows suspects in a Jan. 25 downtown Silver Spring shooting that injured two people, police said.

SILVER SPRING, MD — Montgomery County police released surveillance video of suspects in a Jan. 25 downtown Silver Spring shooting that injured two people.
At about 11:50 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 25, four suspects were driving on Colesville Road in a gray 2008-2011 Toyota Camry. The suspects stopped their car at Colesville Road and Second Avenue, got out, and approached an adult male who was walking on the sidewalk, police said.
The suspects began to physically assault the adult male victim. During the assault, one of the suspects displayed a handgun and shot multiple times, striking the victim. A bystander was walking in the area when he was struck with one of the bullets that was intended for the original victim, according to police.

The suspects fled the scene in the Toyota Camry.
Both adult male victims were taken to area hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries, police said.
