Woman Walking Dog Robbed In Downtown Silver Spring: Police

SILVER SPRING, MD — Authorities have released surveillance video in an attempt to locate two people they say robbed a woman while she was walking her dog in downtown Silver Spring.

The 31-year-old woman had her purse stolen from her while walking on Fidler Lane around 4:42 p.m. on Sept. 30, according to Montgomery County police.
