Women’s Healthcare Transformed with a Highly Personalized Touch
Comprehensive Concierge Care offers members 24/7 direct communication with their provider & evidence-based weight loss program

Angela Marshall, MD, Marcia Parris, MD and Christina Neal, PA-C, with a collective 65 years of experience caring for patients, now offer a concierge medical option at their offices in Silver Spring and Glenn Dale, Maryland. The difference is unmistakable to patients at every point of care, with 24/7 availability to a provider who knows them well, same-day appointments for acute illness, and extended visits with time to manage complex issues and address prevention and wellness.
Comprehensive Concierge Care members are also offered a complimentary, evidence-based weight loss program tailored to their individual needs, featuring regular check-ins and monitoring, prescribed medications and lipotropic injections shown to boost metabolism and remove excessive fat build-up.
“My patients are amazed and delighted when I ask if there is anything further they’d like to discuss because they are so accustomed to the hectic pace of most medical visits,” says Neal. “Knowing I can be reached directly by phone or email – especially after hours if they’re feeling ill, or anxious or frightened – is tremendously reassuring and frequently saves them from having to visit an urgent care center or the ER.”

Affirms Dr. Marshall: “Since women’s symptoms can be so different than what medical training teaches us, I learned firsthand that the most important skill for a doctor treating a woman is to listen. The concierge program allows us the time to do just that, and guide patients to optimal health. We’re so gratified to see the results, from helping people lose weight safely and easily to even saving a life by diagnosing a condition that was missed in a local ER.”
Dr. Parris says the concierge offering is an ideal fit for her philosophy of care. “I treat my patients like family, and value their life experiences in shaping our very personalized approach to their health and wellness. We now have the opportunity to delve deeply into their medical issues without feeling rushed, and together, create a comprehensive plan of action.”

For long-time patient B.H., the change to concierge medicine has gone well beyond her expectations. “I recently had a pulled neck muscle and was able to see Dr. Parris right away. She promptly arranged a specialist visit, and after just a few physical therapy sessions, I’m pain free. I feel blessed that I could join her concierge practice.”
Ensuring patients receive consistent and continuous care from their provider of choice inspired the change at Comprehensive Concierge Care. Neal’s ‘aha moment’ came when she was unable to see a long-time patient whose medical disorder suddenly worsened.
“She saw another provider who didn’t notice a critical lab abnormality and her condition became so uncontrolled that she almost needed hospitalization six weeks later. The lack of continuity of care in a traditional model was really harming patients, and I couldn’t practice that way anymore. With the concierge model, I’m able to return to how medicine used to be, when patients could always count on seeing the provider who knew them best,” she explains.
The mutually gratifying ending: the patient, M.J., became one of the first members of Neal’s concierge practice. A cancer survivor, M.J. knows she’s apt to think the worst about her aches and pains.
“Christina doesn’t hurry me or minimize my concerns but discusses them in even more detail,” she said. “But the difference now is not hearing the knock on the door during an appointment that means ‘wrap it up, others are waiting.’ Instead, at my most recent visit she asked, ‘how do we meet your goals and get the results you want’ and took as much time as needed to hatch a plan with me.”
