Arlington Greek Festival Returns this Thursday!

Arlington, Mass — Get ready. It’s the MOST wonderful time of the YEAR! The Arlington Greek Festival, one of Greater Boston’s largest Greek Festivals, is set to return June 5, 6, 7, & 8!! This year the AGF starts again on a Thursday with their FULL menu! The festival will have live music on both Friday & Saturday nights. Brought to you by your neighborhood friends at the Saint Athanasius Greek Orthodox Church, 4 Appleton St, Arlington, MA, the venue is handicapped-accessible and features their famous Roast Lamb, Gyros, Salads, Souvlaki, and our famous loukoumades! As always, there is no admission fee.
Many of your favorite Greek foods are set to return as well - along with some daily specials. Prepared with love and expertise by the church parishioners, they offer world-class cuisine using their tried-and-true set of recipes for the quality and flavor you have come to expect for over 30 years. From pastichio and moussaka to baklava, galaktoboureko and Greek coffee. A selection of Greek wines and beers will also be offered to pair with your meal.
Rain or Shine – either way, it will all be under our big tent!

This year we are especially excited to feature once more, the live music of Georgios Karatzas and the Athenian Entertainment Greek Orchestra!. Also in the evening you can enjoy the experience of Greek regional dancing courtesy of The Sons and Daughters of Alexander the Great and the Metropolis of Boston Dance group. Since 1964 St. Athanasius the Great Greek Orthodox Church has been a fixture in the Arlington area, actively serving the needs of this great community through fundraisers, charity drives, and weekly Sunday Divine Liturgies which are open to all.
