Parking at the Russell Common Parking lot is on a first come first served basis. Cars parked here during the emergency must be moved four hour after the ban has been lifted. DPW has requested residents park cars closest to the Arlington Catholic side of the lot. Please see map here.

Other ways to help include shoveling out fire hydrants by your property or that of a neighbor and clearing any catch basins near your property. Arlington Fire Department encourages residents to adopt a neighborhood fire hydrant.
