Attleboro Man Charged With Assault Of Elderly Woman Who Died In Fire
A months long investigation led authorities to arrest an Attleboro man on suspicion of the robbery and assault of an 80-year-old woman.
ATTLEBORO, MA — An Attleboro man has been arrested on suspicion of the burglary and assault of an 80-year-old woman who died in November house fire, the Bristol County District Attorney's Office said Tuesday.
The man, 42-year-old Adam Rollins, will be arraigned Tuesday after being arrested in Weymouth Sunday afternoon, according to Bristol County District Attorney Thomas Quinn III.
A months long investigation led authorities to arrest Rollins on suspicion of the robbery and assault of Judith Henriques prior to her death in an overnight house fire on Division Street November 18, the district attorney announced.

Henriques was found dead in the home shortly after the fire was extinguished, officials said.
