Attleboro Police Investigate 3rd Drive-By Shooting This Month
More than 18 bullets were found along Holman Street Monday night, according to Police Chief Kyle Heagney. No one was injured.
ATTLEBORO, MA — Attleboro police are investigating a drive-by shooting on Holman Street Monday night, the Sun Chronicle reports. About 18 gunshots were fired, but no one was injured.
Attleboro Police Chief Kyle Heagney said that Monday’s shooting was the third such incident this month.
Just before 8:15 p.m., police received multiple 911 calls of gunfire, according to the Sun Chronicle. Heagney said that investigators found more than 18 shell casing from 31 to 41 Holman Street, a populated area. One bullet went through a window, he said.

Witnesses said the bullets came from a light-colored Jeep SUV. No arrests have been made, according to the Sun Chronicle.
Shootings also occurred on Nov. 19 in a Stop & Shop parking lot in South Attleboro, and on Nov. 2 near a housing complex off South Avenue.
