SMARTS Summer Institute In Full Swing

SMARTS Summer Institute is still going strong after 32 years. Executive director Sherye Weisz says, “our dynamic and dedicated teaching artists nurture the create process and provide training and performance in creative writing, dance, drama, musical theatre, film/video, percussion, visual arts and swimming. Experiences in the arts are a sure fire way for young people to discover their strengths, develop self-esteem, critical thinking and problem solving skills, and have a blast of a summer!” This multi-arts summer program open to young people from southeastern Massachusetts grades K-12, takes place at Brennan Middle School, Attleboro every summer for one month.
