5. Freezing Rain: There is a 90 percent chance of rain and freezing rain Monday with a high of 42, according to the National Weather Service, which predicts a low of 31 Monday night. Rain so soon after a blizzard means you could be in danger of a roof collapse. We've got some tips to help you in removing any snow from your roof.
