1. Today in Public Meetings: According to the town website public meetings posted for today include the Board of Assessors at 7 p.m., Recreation Commission at 7 p.m., Bicycle Advisory Committee at 7:30 p.m. and Wilson Mill Park Planning Committee at 7:30 p.m.Â
2. BHS Varsity Rifle: The Bedford High School varsity rifle team will take on the Lynn English High School Bulldogs at 3:30 p.m. at BHS.Â

3. Lane School Wins the Soup-er Bowl: Lane Elementary students more than met the Soup-er Bowl challenge, nearly doubling their original goal with more than 2,000 food items raised by last Friday, Feb. 1.
