BOSTON, MA —About a month and a half after responding to a call in which a stray bullet found its way through a store front window in Roxbury, the individual who fired the shot is behind bars, police said.

About 1:46p.m., on Friday, April 12, someone reported shots fired at 1400 Tremont St. not far from the Roxbury Crossing T stop. When police arrived, they found the storefront window of a business had been damaged and at least one shell casing left on the sidewalk in front of the store.

After an investigation, detectives said they learned who the suspect was and that he'd been shooting at a particular person. That person was unharmed in the shooting.
