Celtics star Kemba Walker was taken off the court on a stretcher after running headfirst into a teammate during Friday night's game in Denver. The Celtics announced Walker was diagnosed with concussion-like symptoms and was being taken to the hospital.

Walker ran headfirst into the abdomen of teammate Semi Ojeleye in the second quarter. He was strapped to a backboard and put on the stretcher after several minutes laying prone on the court.

Walker was conscious while being brought off the court, according to an NBC Sports broadcaster, but appeared immobile.
