Boston, MA - Police are seeking the public's help identifying a man they believe could help them solve an active homicide case from a shooting that left one dead near Fenway Park.
Boston police and the Suffolk County District Attorney's office released the video Wednesday in hopes of catching the person who fatally shot 30-year-old Jephthe Chery on Nov. 26. Police believe Chery was an innocent caught in the crossfire of the Yawkey Way gunfight.
The video shows a man walking near the scene and wearing a camouflage-print jacket minutes before the shooting occurred. Police hope the public can help identify the man. At this time, police said, they only want to speak with him about what he might have witnessed.
