MA Halloween Weather: Hour-By-Hour Rain, Wind Forecast

The forecast for Halloween tonight is still a whole lot of rain and wind. But as trick or treating draws closer, there appears to be a small potential window of opportunity to get your kids around a few blocks without getting soaked.

According to The Weather Channel, the chance for precipitation falls below 50 percent after 4 p.m., hitting a low of 25 percent from 5-6. Showers begin entering the picture again after that. See the full hour-by-hour forecast below.

The temperatures are going to be great for this time of the year — they might even reach 70 degrees. But the winds are going to be a problem.

A high wind warning will be in effect south of Boston while the rest of the state has a wind advisory. Trick-or-treating hours will see sustained winds of more than 20 miles per hour, while gusts of between 45-55 mph wrack the state after midnight.

The rain will clear up by Friday morning, but intense winds will continue.
