Olympia Sports is shuttering 22 locations across Massachusetts right as the holiday shopping season ramps up. The closings come as the company shuts down 76 stores across the country.

The Maine-based footwear and athletic apparel was recently acquired by JackRabbit, which will continue to operate 75 Olympia Sports locations nationwide. The 76 other locations were not included in the acquisition.

"Store closing" sales begin Nov. 1 and included $44 million worth of inventory, the company said. Below are the locations that are closing in Massachusetts.
