Patriots Player Jack Jones Arrested On Weapons Charges At Logan Airport: Police
Two guns were found in carry-on luggage at a security checkpoint at around 5:30 p.m. on Friday, Massachusetts State police said.

EAST BOSTON, MA — New England Patriots player Jack K. Jones was arrested on weapons charges after two guns were found inside carry-on luggage at a security checkpoint at Logan International Airport on Friday night, Massachusetts State Police said.
A state trooper was called to a security checkpoint in Terminal B at Logan Airport after two guns were found in a traveler’s carry-on luggage at around 5:30 p.m. on Friday, according to police.
The passenger, Jones, 25, of Arizona, was arrested and charged with two counts of possession of a concealed weapon in a secure area of an airport; possession of ammunition without a firearm identification card; and unlawful possession of a firearm, police said.

Jones was additionally charged with carrying a loaded firearm and possession of a large-capacity feeding device, according to police.
He was booked at the troopers' Logan Airport Barracks, and a bail commissioner set his bail at $50,000, pending his arraignment next week in East Boston District Court, police said.

It's not clear if Jones has legal representation.
A Transportation Security Administration spokesperson told wcvb.com agents found two loaded guns, as well as ammunition in the carry-on luggage of a male passenger who was ticketed for travel to Los Angeles International Airport.
The find took place during "the routine X-ray screening of carry-on luggage at the airport’s security checkpoint," the TSA told the outlet.
Police told The Associated Press that he had been planning to travel from Boston to Arizona.
In a statement, the Patriots management confirmed Jones' arrest, saying that they had been notified "Jack Jones was arrested at Logan Airport earlier today."
“We are in the process of gathering more information and will not be commenting further at this time," the statement concluded.
Jones is entering his second year playing cornerback for the team, which held its minicamp practice this week at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, according to AP.
Wcvb.com reported that Jones made an impression at the mandatory minicamp.
