Boston, MA - Three bodies were discovered in the waters of the Charles River, Mystic River and Mill Pond within hours of each other in unrelated incidents Tuesday.
The body found in the Mystic River was identified by the Middlesex DA's office as a Malden man who was a suspect in a murder.
Police identified the body pulled from the Charles as Zach Marr, a 22-year-old from Harvard who has been missing since mid-February.
On Thursday, police identified a 28-year-old Danvers man who is thought to have accidentally drowned.
Foul play is not suspected in any of the three cases, according to the respective authorities in Danvers, Boston and Somerville. The grim discoveries, all thought to be unrelated, followed a day of steady rain in Massachusetts.
