When Is Porchfest 2019 Around Boston?
Well, Fenway Porchfest drops in June and JP's Porchfest isn't until July, but there are several others in the area that are kicking off.

BOSTON — With the weather finally making a turn for the beautiful, you might be plotting weekend adventures that get you outside. Here's an idea, try Porchfest hopping. If wandering around listening to music in your neighborhood (or a pal's neighborhood) sounds like a perfect summer afternoon, Porchfest might be your jam. It's a chance to check out what's what in the local music scene and is a peppier more musical version of open studios.
The day-long grass roots neighborhood festival started in the Boston area with Somerville in 2011 and then JP hopped on board in 2014 and now they're popping up from Brookline to Plum Island. So when are they?
Here is a handy guide to when and where you might find one:

And then there's Porchfest in JP. As anyone who's ventured over to JP on Porchfest weekend, since 2014, knows its a good one. Organizers have made an effort to recruit a mix of participants and to foster collaboration. Theirs is also the first Porchfest in the area to include comedy, dance, spoken word, circus arts and theater in the line-up. Thank you, JP for always being awesome.
