Brockton Man Charged With Murder In Brutal Stabbing
Keith Disharoom, a 40-year-old man from Brockton is accused of fatally stabbing Eric Cohen on Sunday.
BROCKTON, MA — A man is facing murder charges in connection with a deadly stabbing in Brockton Sunday night.
Keith Disharoom, 40, of Brockton, was arrested Monday by Massachusetts State Police and Brockton police.
The Plymouth County District Attorney's Office says the stabbing took place near North Main Street, with police responding to a call of a man suffering from stab wounds just after 7:30 p.m.

When police arrived, they found Eric Cohen, 44, formerly of Holbrook, with multiple stab wounds in his chest.
Cohen was immediately taken to Good Samaritan Hospital, then brought to Brigham and Women's Hospital where police say he died from his injuries Monday morning.

The case remains under investigation but police do not believe it to be a random attack.
Disharoom is scheduled to be arraigned in Brockton District Court Tuesday.
