BROOKLINE, MA — A 42-year-old man is facing charges in Brookline after police said a homeowner found the suspect sitting in the owner's car inside his garage on Tuesday morning.Police said Michael Hickey was charged with breaking and entering a home and breaking and entering a car after police said the homeowner found him inside the vehicle at 7 a.m. on Tuesday.Police said the suspect left when discovered but that officers located him a short distance away. He was later charged with the crimes.
