Brookline Officer Struck By Vehicle While On Duty: Report

The officer was hit while working a traffic detail in the southern part of town.

BROOKLINE, MA — A police officer was struck by a vehicle while working a traffic detail Monday morning, according to a report from NBC 10 Boston.

Officer Mike Miczek was hit in the vicinity of Newton Street near Dexter Southfield School. The officer was reportedly transported to the hospital after suffering a head laceration from the collision.
